Kindly assist with the below issue:

 I just pulled a report and I noticed that there a is the discrepancy, Duplicate of information to be specific where a serial number is linked to more than one computer name.

 Example: Serial number XYZ is linked to ABC (previous user) and DEF (the current user) and it shows as two rows on a spreadsheet resulting in two computers instead of one.
