After having our exchange server crash, we moved exchange to a new server. After moving the databases over, we had to run the microsoft tools to verify the integrity of and defrag and compress the databases. We bought the server up with reasonable success.

After this, any helpdesk tickets submitted by users via outlook are resent to the servicedesk every minute and with a different ticket number each time. Same goes for any verification emails to who sent the request.

Tickets submitted via the web interface are only sent once.
