Duplicate Requestors happening due to e-mail migration

Hi everyone,

I'm encountering a problem in our ManageEngine Service Desk Plus where users are being duplicated due to an e-mail migration.  It appears that as I transfer users over to our new e-mail system (which uses a new naming convention) that they are duplicating inside ME SD+.  My question is this:

Is there any way to "merge" these duplicate accounts?

One problem with the duplicates is that the "old" requester accounts have all the contact information for each employee while the "new" requester accounts don't.  Because of that my ideal solution would be to transfer tickets from the "new" account over to the "old" account, delete the "new" account and then update the "old" account with the "new" accounts contact information. 

The one step that I cant seem to figure out is how to transfer the ticket from one owner to another.  Trying to edit the ticket doesn't allow me to edit the requester so I'm stumped on how to consolidate tickets under just one user.

Any assistance or suggestions on how to consolidate the tickets with these duplicate accounts would be greatly appreciated.
