I have successfully created EDIT requests with the API that change fields like description, requester, status etc. however, I want to update a tickets Due by Date as well. I have it working perfectly on the test SDPlus that we have set up but when I attempt to update on prod, the ticket says it was updated but the date does not change. Here is my request:
