DST Change: Template for pushing configuration in bulk
Hi,
With just a couple of days to go for the change in Daylight Savings Time in the USA, are you looking for an easy way to carry out configuration change to your network devices in bulk to become compliant to the new DST schedule? DeviceExpert is here to help you out!
Make use of the "Custom Template" feature and push configuration in bulk. Here are the steps you need to do:
(1) Go to "Configuration" tab in the DeviceExpert Web Interface and click "Custom Templates >> Add Template"
(2) Create a template containing the required configuration commands for DST change. The template created by you will be listed in the "Custom Templates" page
(3) Just select the template and click "Upload" link present in the last column of the table. Select the devices/device groups for which you wish to push the configuration change
(4) Click "Upload" and configuration push is done for all the devices
