Drag and drop into SD+ requests
Hi,
We have had some feedback from our users that when they are logging requests, they have to save emails onto their computer and then upload them into the requests as attachments one by one. Currently we are on version 9118 - do any of the later versions have the facility to drag and drop emails directly into the requests as they are being logged rather than attach them?
