Downtime Scheduler data mismatch

Hi Team

We tried to set up a Downtime and verify the Availability of servers, but there is a mismatch in OPM report. request id ##4294860##

Please check this attached report for Server Availability and the Downtime scheduler configured for this system KNB-AV-01 which is in the Downtime Schedule.

If you notice, downtime has been scheduled for Jan 8 - 11.00 PM to Jan 9 - 8.00 AM. But during this time, this device had gone down from 22.40  PM to 23.03 PM, which is roughly around 23  Minutes and then by Jan 9 - 11.12 AM to 11.13, which is 1 Minute and the Downtime history shows that its On Maintanence, which is correct, but before the downtime period, it has been down for 24 Minutes, where as in the Server Availability report, it shows as 19mins.

Why is that ?
