I am using downtime scheduler. It is used to control the error output of load balancer. 

(1)The error message stops. 

Message concerning Web server IIS service stop

(2)The error message keeps coming out. 

Error message that comes out when Load Balancer is stopped

Does whether the error message outputs it according to the content of the message change?
