Downtime schedule not saved
Hi all,
I have a small question about the downtime scheduler.
Our network supplier sends us maintenance notifications two weeks in advance. I would like to schedule some downtime for the affected location to prevent all the alerts being send when the connection is lost for a few minutes due to work being done on the line/router. When I enter all data in the downtime scheduler and click on save nothing is saved. No messages pop up. I'm returned to the downtime schedule overview that is empty.
Any ideas?
I'm running OpManager 8 build 8052 on an XP SP3 system.
