I'm working in a company that supply manager services and hosting to many customers (that include many servers, databases, applications)
The most important kpi that we have to delivery to our customers monthly is the uptime.
Some times AppManager didn't get a downtime when this happen very fast. I set pool interval to 2 minutes and we can have a restart in one of our databases for example.
Basicaly, what I'm propose is a kind of downtime forms.
A new "tab" where we can chose a monitor, and insert or edit a downtime and reason. Then we can put a downtime when AppManager didn't see.

By the way. Downtime scheduler is nice, but would be better if we can chose the reason. We can have many reasons to a downtime scheduler (backup off-line, hardware maintenance, software maintenance).
