Getting the following error.

I have checked the firewall logs and the download is not being blocked by the firewall.

The URL seems to have changed to the following

https://dl4.cdn.filezilla-project.org/client/FileZilla_3.36.0_win64-setup.exe

Notice the DL4 at the begining.
