Downgrading Servicedesk to Helpdesk
Please I have had a trail version of the MESD Enterprise running in my organization but after reviews, its being advised to start with the helpdesk feature.
And since I have already gone far with the configuration in enterprise I would love to know how to downgrade it to just the helpdesk
