Hi

What happens to all the existing requests if someone where to downgrade from 'Enterprise' Edition to the 'Free' edition? Are all the old requests still there and are now limited for viewing/closing by only 5 technicians?

Once the Enterprise edition expires would I be required to request a ' free' edition key from support? or does it automatically convert to free?

(FWIW - I love SDP and will not be downgrading)
