This seems like it would be an easy fix.

Noticed if you hit 'SEND' when replying or forwarding it will send the email multiple times! Not good for our outside parties to get the same email 3 times.

It really should only send it once. Disable button after first press/timer..

We have to tell out technicians "Be very careful not to hit the SEND button more than once". Really shouldn't have to do that. Button should disable after its pressed. Then if it doesn't send for some reason you can refresh it on a timer or on a page refresh.
