Domain User Unable To Login

Hi,

Today we had a user trying to login to a domain she was imported under. She has been able to login fine for some time but today her password was rejected. (she changed main windows login / active directory password recently but doesn't SD always check against the password in active directory?, in this case her new password was accepted by all pieces of software except the service desk)

We reset her password and still no luck signing in to her domain in the sd, but strangely she can sign in under "Local Authentication". This was not expected.

I do not understand, as this user is listed in "Requesters" with the domain that we were unable to login under. Very confusing that she could log in to local authentication even though she has a domain specified in requesters and has no local authentication login at all (we searched for the username and only one user exists and under the domain we expected).

Can anyone explain or look into this. Single sign on is disabled (as we get blank screen when using it)

EDIT: Now there are two users with the same problem and the same workaround worked, resetting password and logging in under local authentication.

EDIT 2:
I have a query that I am hoping might resolve this and our single sign on issues. In the "Windows Domain Scan" section, when is the login name and password located there used. The login name that is currently on it is gone off the system now. Could this stop every other user being properly validated, and also stop single sign on for other users working. I thought this was only used when importing users but maybe it is used at other times?
