Domain Scan Problem

Hello. I am evaluating SDP using the free professional edition on Windows 2003 Server SP1. The server is joined to the domain.

After installing the software and logging in to SDP application with the only local admin technician, I cannot scan a Win2k domain. I get a popup window with the following error:

Domain Scan Wizard
Choose Organizational units.

"Unknown username or wrong password given to enumerate the Workstations in the Domain."

I am using a domain admin account in the scan setup. I have also used an NT domain name (domainname) and a AD domain name(domainname.com). I cannot get the scan to run.

Any ideas where I am going wrong?
