Domain scan only detecting Win2000
First of all, great product.
We have a problem with the domain scan. We are running ServiceDesk on a Windows 2000 Server (English) and the domain scan is only picking up the workstations with win2000 (english and dutch). The other workstation do come up, but the workstation details are blank.
The comments while scanning say: "Either access denied for the user or the remote DCOM option might be disabled in the workstation." But (D)COM is on at all of the workstation.
Can you please help us?
