This morning, I changed our domain functional level from Windows 2003 to Windows 2008 R2 (removed the last 2003 DC last week).  In ADMP, when I go to Restore Users from Recycle Bin, I am still greeted with the message " All the attributes can be restored only for the "Windows Server 2008 R2" domains.The domain functional level of "inside.domain" is "Windows Server 2003".So only mandatory attributes will be restored.  The change was made about 1.5 hours ago.  I have restarted the ADMP service since the change.

 

Will this message go away after a certain time?
