Domain Controller -- no CPU / difficult to delete-recreate

Every time I discover a new server, the device is created with SNMP monitors for CPU, MEMORY, and DISK

What I am seeing with the new Domain Controller devices in opmanager, is Memory and CPU has been replaced with WMI monitors, but there is no CPU utilization populated.

On the Domain Controller snapshot, I opened "Monitors" , and under resource monitors CPU is listed with an SNMP monitor.
- I've deleted the SNMP monitor and added a WMI CPU monitor there, and rediscovered the device. Still no CPU information is populated in the main CPU listing.

- I also tried just deleting the CPU snmp monitor (without creating a new WMI device) and rediscovered the device.

- I've also tried deleting the device. Rediscover the device
I still am unable to populate the main CPU usage dial, on the domain controller devices.

- Subsequent attempts to Delete -- I notice when adding the device I am no longer prompted that OPMANAGER will remove any remnants of a device if it already exists in the database. I can confirm that even after waiting a while (10 min) for the device to be removed from the system, when I go to readd the device, there is only a momentary delay for it to tell me the device has been successfully added. However when I look at the device I see it sees it as a domain controller, which it shouldnt at this point, since it is a new device with only SNMP applied (WMI password field is blank). It's giving me a bit of a long-lastting loop of trying to successfully delete the device, and recreate it correctly.
