Domain Admin?
Do I really need to be a full domain admin for Desktop Central to work?
I'm the admin for a small dept in a big edu switching from NDS to AD. I'm an admin for my dept's OU, but that's it. Will it work? I'm not actually switched yet, but I have a server and a few workstations on ad to play with.
When I tried, it didn't accept my admin username as a domain admin. I didn't think until later to put "domain\college\department" for a domain to bring it to my level.
Can I use this product? How can I over come this problem?
