Does Zia offer multi lingual capability?
Hi Folks,
I wanted to confirm whether Zia (Automated Chatbot) offers multi-lingual capability. Can we configure it to work in both English and French at the same time depending on which language the user has set their preference?
I would also appreciate any input on how it's been used to streamline service desk operations and any pitfalls to watch out for?
