Does Simulation Tool kit support Other NMS Software

I am new to this tool, i need a simulated network so i downloaded this tool, but nowhere i can able to see which NMS it will support, iam using Netcool tool for Network monitoring does this support Netcool. If it supports i need to know how the configurations can be done.
