Does SC+ Have a Bulk Archiving or Delete Facility?
As you accumulate cases over a number of years you will eventually want to archive old requests out of SC+. I haven't seen an admin option for this purpose.
Is there an archiving or bulk delete facility that will let you export or delete Requests out of SC+ (e.g., all requests that were closed within a nominated period)?
