When I try to create requesters under Workflow delegation I get this error:

Error in Adding Technician, You have purchased 20 Help Desk Technicians. Please disable or delete the default helpdesk technicians(helpdesk and hrmanager) and add Technicians. Please contact sales@zohocorp.com for purchase of additional Help Desk Technicians.

 

I have 14 Requesters including "ADManager Plus Admin" and 9 Technicians configured. I get the same error if I try to create a new Technician.
