Does not work at all

Hi,

I really like to evaluate this product since we have only cisco switches and routers and it seems to be great. But nothing works. Event if I do a ping, it prints this:

But the icon say: "System is not alive" ou "System doesn't exist".

And when I try to do anything else, like in Cisco Tools, the answer is:

"E1002: Unreachable host - IP Address".
My network and computer are well configured and I have "IPSwitch What's up" that runs on it and ping everything with no problem.

Event I tried to uninstall OpUtils, deactivate every supervision tool and reinstall it. The case is the same.
