I use a small tool to test this, when i restart snmp service, i got 3 traps:

 

linkUp(3) with variable 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1.1 with value 1

linkUp(3) with variable 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1.5 with value 5

linkDown(2) with variable 1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.1.65543 with value 65543

 

I did not receive any coldStart or warmStart trap.

 

My small tool can handle only SNMPv1 trap, does Windows send SNMPv2 coldStart trap ?
