Does displaying multiple real time traffic widget on the dashboard 24x7 creates network congestion?

Does displaying multiple real time traffic widget on the dashboard 24x7 creates network congestion?

I'm thinking to create a dashboard with multiple real time traffic widget to monitor some of our servers and have the dashboard display on 24x7.  Does that create network congestion or slow the devices that I'm monitoring?
