I've installed one agent on a computer in a Remote Office. The agent installs without issue, remote control works pretty well, and overall things seem to work well.

What's strange is that the Computer inventory, it always shows a user as being one of the "Logged On Users" no matter how long the machine has been offline. Does this ever get updated? Is there some other way to see if the computer is online/offline?
