I have a situation where SDP will not ingest .DOC files resulting in the email appearing in SDP without an attachment. However, it will ingest .DOCX file extensions. I was running version 12001 when I first noticed the issue. Upgraded to version 12004 and the issue still persists. Any ideas? This is becoming quite annoying and I am at my wit's end with technical support. The response times have been dreadful.
