DNS redirection issue.
DNS Redirection occurs when using Chrome, Opera. The server that hosts the servicedesk is called
http://example I have a DNS entry to redirect to
Http://help to server 'example' in chrome, and opera if you type in
http://help you get redirected to 'settings/help'
