We use OpManager 9 enterprise (build 9101) and on the machine we also need to run our Anti Virus. It seems there is an issue with Trend Micro Officescan virus with OpManger and I have been working with support to help resolve the issue but still running into problems.
I have been advised that I need to open firewall ports and set exclusions for the Antivirus, I have done this but still running into isssues.
We have set up exclusions both on folder and application level and excluded the application but still run into problems. When we unload the AV from the server, the problem goes away.
We have also turned off real time settings as well but doesn’t seem to work.
The issue switching of the AV is not a solution for us, we need to still have AV installed whilst allowing OpManager to run as normal.
When I try to run the batch file startopsmanager.bat I receive the below message:
