In the process of configuring the Distribution server we encountered the following problem:
Our Distribution server has two IP addresses, an external IP address on the Internet and an internal IP address on the local network. We want to use only the external one to connect the computers that are part of this Remote Office. When configuring the Distribution server in the IP address field I set the external IP address and for some time everything works correctly and the computers successfully connect to the external IP address. However, at some random moment the IP Address setting spontaneously changes to the internal IP address. This can happen either one day after the Distribution server configuration or two or three days later.
Is there any way to see why and when the Distribution server IP address was changed?  Is there any way to record the IP address so that it does not change?
