We have today just reinstalled our Distribution Servers on our Remote Offices so that they are installed onto the D:\ however we're having the following issue now :

Replication does not seem to be working on any of the servers so the repositories are not populating. The main server continues to download the patch/software package but this isn't being replicated out. 

Any reason why this would happen when simply reinstalling the Distribution Server Service to the D:\?
