Hello,

Please may I ask one of my fellow service desk experts if it is possible to set up multiple SMTP addresses within service desk?

Currently, i understand there is a function which directs emails to a support group in ticket form. But, can we set up multiple SMTP addresses, say.. one for each support group to eliminate the manual intervention to assign tickets accordingly??? :)
