As a guide I do not succeed because the instructions from the ServiceDesk Plus Server AssetExplorer
The work flow:
1. Export workstations information (zip file format) from the remote server AssetExplorer.
2. Import the generated information into the central ServiceDesk Plus server.
Please help explain this
