Is there a way to display the "Reporting to" field inside the request by a user?

The only way I have found to do it is to create a "User - Additional field" and then map that to the "manager" attribute in Active Directory.

But when the data is pulled from AD it isn't parsed properly.

Is there some other way to get the "Reporting to" field to display in requests?
