Disk Utilization Threshold

Value > 90 Value = 85 Value < 85

However, there seems to be a discrepancy on what AppManager says and the actual disk storage on the system. 

For example:

Disk      Used (%)   ↑    Used (MB)        Free (%)        Free (MB)       Threshold  / 85   3,377   15   589

But when I check the system I see the following:

Filesystem                              Size         Used Avail             Use%       Mounted on

/dev/mapper/System-Root         3.9G        3.3G  386M            90%         /

This 5% discrepancy happens across all our Linux boxes.

Please note, the Monitors are setup with SNMP as Mode of Monitoring.
