We are encountering performance issues with Service Desk Plus. Using Windows perfmon the Avg Disk Queue Length peaks and stays at 100% for several minutes.
The host is a dell optiplex 280, with 2GB RAM, 40GB Western Digital Sata hard drive (WDC WD400JD-00LSA0), OS Server 2003
The periods of slowness make it difficult to work in the help desk. They occur periodically, approximately twice an hour with no apparent patterns.
