Discover services on machine gives Access Denied
Hi,
I'm trying to discover the services on a number of machines in a remote site. I have added their admin credentials to OpManager, and when testing them they pass on SNMP and fail on WMI (we don't use WMI, so this shouldn't be of concern). Performance monitors all work correctly, however when I try to add Windows Services and discover the services on the machine, I get an access denied error.
What could be causing this?
