Disconnections with database Mysql

Hi,

i have Opmanager with version 8020 licenced to 1000 devices.

My problem is it get disconnect with its Mysql database every 2 or 3 days. i mean opmanager services keeps on running but when i enter in the application in the snapshot of the device i see data not available . and it stop collecting traffic and once i restart opmanager service it start wroking well without problem and it repeate the problem again in 2 o 3 days and again i need to restart the services.

i have open the ticket with support various time they dont see any problem with mysql database as per them the problem was i have had too many interface monitor and 2 gb ram, now i have remove all unnecessary interfaces from my application and also upgrade ram to 4 gb but still this problem exsists.

I HAVE ALSO INSTALL """" EVENTLOG ANALYSER"""" ANOTHER ADVENTENET product on the SAME SERVER ..can it be the resone as my """"" LOGGING """" IS THE SAME SERVER. we do have change syslog port in opmanager server.

Only when i try to restart opmanager server doing SHUTDOWN from command prompt it take too much time and i need to cold boot ther services without properly shuting them down.

after doing so when i check the wrapper.log file i see THE """"EVENTMGR""" process takes lots of time to stop.

Guide me to this problem please as this problem is there from long time..

i dont know if it is started the time we have install evenlog analyser , so plz tell me that both the product are compatible on the same server or not ..
