Disabling Auto-Discovery of Networks

Is there a way to disable the auto-discovery of networks and devices?
We will have some customers who only wish to have a few servers monitored, but may have several hundred devices on their network, we don't want OpManager to auto populate the system with all these devices, as manually deleting or un-managing them would be painstaking.
We want to be able to manually add the appropriate devices, so when the customer logs in themselves, they only see their appropriate monitored servers and not devices we shouldn't be monitoring.
As it is now, the probe auto adds the network range and devices, if we delete the network it also removes the devices then will add the network back again, if I add a device it also adds the network and starts a scan of the subnet.
In only a select few of our customers will the scan be required, so a fix for disabling it would be much appreciated.
