A quick service announcement:
archiving is irrevocable, users be sure that archiving is not left enabled accidentally (
default may be "enabled", I found mine set to archive items 2 years or older)
On to the question:
If I disable archiving is there any potential hazard for doing so? Are there any arbitrary limitations imposed by, or otherwise experienced within the operation of, ServiceDesk? What sort of problems should I be aware of when disabling this feature?
