Disabled or Operational Down identification problem

Disabled or Operational Down identification problem

I'm trialing the OpManager v7 and I found many problems in it. The biggest problem of all is, it is unable to identify whether is interface(i.e. switch port) is disabled or disconnected. Is there anyway to tweak OpManager so it can identify it more clearly?
