Disable user configuration (software deployment) on a group of desktops

I would like to disable user configuration to apply to certain computers (when users logon on a different one).
Our situation:
We got a group of laptop users who needs local software, but when this users logs on a desktop at the office I don't want that software to be installed on that desktop. All of these systems are Windows 7 and on the same ip subnet, but on different OU.
When I create a Software Deployment Configuration for a (AD) group of users I cann't exclude a specific computer OU.
Anyone an idea how I can solve this configuration challenge ?
