We have client requirement that they don't want to allow Technician to downgrade Level after saved/created request once. For example he should not be able to down Level from Tier 2 to Tier 1. Or if this is not possible then second option is to disable Level after request created/saved once.

So please suggest if there is any way to achieve this requirement. Thanks in advance.
