disable editing solution by requesters
Hello,
we are using the sdp 6 trial and i'm now trying to figure out a way to disable the possibility of users editing the solutions posted with thier request trough the service portal.
when i as a admin post a solution to a request, the requester can edit the solution, now i obviously dont want that, is there any setting im missing or ?
