Hi everyone,

everytime we want to change the status on one of our tickets, we will be asked to write a comment for the status change. Is there any possibilty to disable it completely? I marked it as "not mandatory" but it keeps popping up and it's asking for a comment - I can leave it empty and click on "Update" but this is still getting quite annoying....
