Disable clear emails only?
Does anyone know if it's possible to disable just the Clear notifications from OpManager? Our workflow for dealing with alerts from OpManager requires we check the alerting service/machine anyway so the additional emails that are generated when the service comes back up just means more work for the techs to keep their ticket queues clean.
I'm currently running build 8052 and I've looked through the admin page but haven't been able to find anything like this. Any ideas?
