Disable automatic e-mail -> ticket convert

Disable automatic e-mail -> ticket convert

Accordingly FAQ  http://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/faq.html#RequestCreation3 all new e-mail without tracking number converts to ticket. How disable automatic convert ?. But SDP must continue fetch e-mail.
Is it possible ?
