Disable Alarms in OpManager

Dear all

There are lots of alarms for my devices which make the status of device to "trouble" and those alarms are not really necessary to follow step by step.

and most of the time the message is something like "Interface 'FastEthernet0/21-Fa0/21' is down.or Interface 'FastEthernet0/21-Fa0/21' is up"
I dont want these alarms come every minute in the alarm page.

How can I disable or customize the settings for alarms.
because with each of these messages the status of device goes from clear to trouble which the system is not really in trouble and it makes me nervous

Please guide me how can I disable or edit them
